Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of The Guttering Centre website and your purchases from us. By placing an order you accept these terms. The Guttering Centre is a trading name of The Plastic Centre Limited (company no. 16800691).

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or mispriced — and will refund any payment taken.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown both inclusive and exclusive of VAT and are correct at the time of display. We take payment at the point of order through our secure payment provider. While we take care to price accurately, errors may occur; if a price is clearly wrong we will contact you before processing.

Products

Product images and descriptions are for guidance. Colours may vary slightly between batches and on screen. Always confirm the gutter profile before mixing parts — see our compatibility guide. Our calculators and estimators provide guide quantities only; check against your actual layout before fitting.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund and Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

Liability

We are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, or for the cost of installation or removal of products. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
