Delivery

Standard delivery (England & Wales): £15 for qualifying orders, free over £150.

Scotland: flat £25 to mainland Scotland.

Click & Collect: collect free from any of our 21 UK branches. No minimum order applies.

Long lengths: 4m gutters, downpipes, soil pipe and underground drainage are delivered by our own network or pallet courier depending on the order.

We deliver online orders to England, Wales and mainland Scotland. Charges are calculated at checkout.

Click & Collect is available from any of our 21 UK branches, with no delivery charge and no minimum order.

For narrow lanes, restricted access, low bridges, no forklift or site-specific delivery needs, contact us before ordering.

Orders are processed same day or next working day from receipt. We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days, subject to stock availability.

In rare cases delivery can take longer. If this happens, we will contact you and you can accept the lead time or cancel at no charge.

Orders can arrive in more than one delivery depending on item size and stock location. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Specific time slots cannot be guaranteed.

Gutter and pipe lengths are delivered by our own delivery network as the primary carrier, with a pallet courier as backup for areas outside our direct coverage. The carrier is selected automatically based on the items, postcode and capacity at dispatch.

• Guttering: up to 4m lengths, palletised for sites where suitable.
• Downpipes: up to 5.5m lengths.
• Soil pipe and underground drainage: up to 6m, usually palletised.

Order online, choose your preferred branch at checkout and collect during branch opening hours. We will notify you by email when the order is ready.

Collection is free with no minimum order. It is usually same day for in-stock items, or 24-72 hours for special orders and branch transfers. Orders are held for 14 days from notification. Photo ID may be requested for first-time collections.

Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery on the agreed date. Standard pallet deliveries are kerbside; the driver will lower the pallet to the nearest accessible kerb and cannot carry items inside, enter private property or carry to upper floors.

Risk of goods passes from The Guttering Centre to the customer upon delivery. Deliveries to a third-party location are at the customer's risk.

If your order arrives damaged, with shortages or with the wrong item, please sign as damaged or unchecked if you cannot fully inspect at the point of delivery.

1. Photograph everything on the day of delivery, including packaging, labels and damage.
2. Email online@gutteringcentre.co.uk within 3 days of delivery with your order number, photos and a short description.
3. We will respond within 1 working day with the next step — usually a replacement, return collection or refund for the affected items.

You can cancel any order before dispatch at no charge. Email online@gutteringcentre.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the standard returns process applies.

The Guttering Centre shall not be liable for failure or delay in delivering goods, or for damage or defects to goods delivered, that are caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
