Refund and Return Policy
This policy sets out how to return items bought from The Guttering Centre and how refunds are handled. It does not affect your statutory rights.
Your right to cancel (online orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. You then have 14 days to return them. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods back, or proof they have been sent.
How to return an item
- Email online@gutteringcentre.co.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will confirm the return address and any collection arrangements.
- Return the goods unused, in resaleable condition and in their original packaging.
Return postage for unwanted items is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. We recommend a tracked service, as goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery at online@gutteringcentre.co.uk with your order number, photographs and a short description. We will arrange a replacement, collection or refund at no cost to you. Please sign for deliveries as "damaged" or "unchecked" if you cannot fully inspect them on arrival.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method. The original standard delivery charge is refunded for full cancellations under your statutory right to cancel; return carriage for unwanted goods is not refunded.
Exclusions
Cut-to-length, made-to-order or special-order items that are not faulty may not be returnable. We will tell you before you order if an item is non-returnable.
