Shipping Policy
Delivery is £15 for qualifying England & Wales orders, with free standard delivery on qualifying orders over £150. Mainland Scotland is a flat £25. You can also choose free Click & Collect from any of our 21 UK branches.

- Mainland Scotland: flat £25.
- Click & Collect: free from any branch, no minimum order.
Where we deliver
We deliver online orders to England, Wales and mainland Scotland. We do not currently deliver online orders to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or Scottish island addresses. Charges are calculated at checkout.
Lead times
Orders are processed same day or next working day. We aim to deliver within 3–5 working days, subject to stock. Orders may arrive in more than one delivery depending on item size and stock location. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm; specific time slots cannot be guaranteed.
Long lengths
Gutter and pipe lengths are delivered by our own network or a pallet courier. Standard pallet deliveries are kerbside — the driver lowers the pallet to the nearest accessible kerb and cannot carry items inside or to upper floors. For narrow access, low bridges or no forklift, contact us before ordering.
Damaged or missing items
Photograph any damage on the day of delivery and email online@gutteringcentre.co.uk within 3 days with your order number and photos. See our Refund and Return Policy for full terms.
Click & Collect
Order online, choose your branch at checkout, and we will email when it is ready. Collection is free with no minimum order, usually same day for in-stock items. Orders are held for 14 days; photo ID may be requested for first-time collections.
